Elie is the youngest of seven children, and he graduated from high school last year. Putting seven kids through high school was an incredibly challenging feat for his parents, but they worked hard to provide for their family. Yet today they are both aging and making less money, so there is no way that they can pay for him to continue onto college. This is unfortunate because Elie is a bright, ambitious young man. He loves soccer and dancing, and he hopes to one day travel the world and learn about different cultures. This scholarship will enable him to complete his first year of college and give him hope for his future.

Education
It all starts with access to education. For RISING Students, this means providing whatever each student needs to return to school–tuition, uniforms, lunches, and more.
Mentoring
We all need the help of people who've been there before. RISING mentors care for and encourage the holistic growth of each student–mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Resources
These are the tools students need to succeed, such as access to computers and the Internet and a local Resource Center to study, connect, and grow together.
